1. Warranty Coverage
Rockcub products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Period
- Machines: 12 months
- Accessories & Consumable Parts: 3 months
- Batteries & Chargers: 6 months
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.
2. What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Rockcub will, at our discretion:
- Repair defective parts
- Replace defective parts or products
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures that occur during normal operation and proper use.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, water intrusion, fire, or natural disasters
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Improper voltage or power supply issues
- Consumable items such as blades, belts, wheels, brushes, and straps
- Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual or maintenance instructions
4. Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty service, please contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Product model
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
Our support team may provide troubleshooting steps before approving a repair or replacement.
5. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products unless otherwise approved by Rockcub.
- Rockcub will cover the shipping cost for replacement parts or repaired products when the warranty claim is confirmed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rockcub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or productivity.
