Alaska, Hawaii, and Other Regions
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses is not included in our standard free shipping. Please contact us at support@rockcub.com before ordering so we can quote accurate shipping costs for your location.
How Your Order Ships
Freight Delivery & Liftgate Service
If you don't have a loading dock or forklift on site, we've got you covered — liftgate service is included at no extra charge on all freight shipments. The driver will lower your shipment to ground level for you.
In-stock machines, strap and parts ship free from our California warehouse. Order by 10am Pacific on a business day and it ships the same day — orders after the cutoff go out the next morning.
Need it sooner? Call or email us before you order and we can ship express. Large or palletized orders go by freight, so ask us if you need a delivery date.
Someone must be available to receive and sign for freight deliveries. Please inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
