Delivery

This machine ships via freight (~189 lbs net). We arrange liftgate delivery at no extra cost, so no loading dock or forklift is required on your end — the driver lowers the machine to ground level for you.

Which Model Fits You

Choose the RCV3 if your packing happens at a fixed station — it's built to sit on a bench and handle repeated carton sealing all day at lower, box-friendly tension levels. If you need to move between pallets and boxes around the warehouse, the RCV2 handheld is the better fit; if you're sealing a high volume of packages on a line, look at the RCV9.

Smaller items — parts, accessories, strap and film — ship by UPS or FedEx with tracking. Large machines ship by freight on a pallet, and liftgate service is included at no extra charge: the driver lowers the shipment to ground level, so no loading dock or forklift is needed on your end.

Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for a freight delivery. Inspect the shipment for visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as described, we arrange a free return and a full refund — no return shipping, no restocking fee. Other returns need the item unused and in its original packaging; return shipping and a 15% restocking fee apply.
