The genuine 14.4V, 4,000 mAh lithium-ion battery pack for the RCV2. One charge runs about 350 straps, a full recharge with the Rockcub charger takes about 90 minutes, and the pack is rated for 2,000+ charge cycles. It slides in and out without tools, so a second pack lets you swap mid-shift and keep strapping while the other charges.

Replace it when you see

  • Noticeably fewer straps per charge than when the tool was new
  • The tool shutting down under load at high tension while the display still shows charge
  • A pack that will not hold a charge, or a charger that shows full almost immediately
  • A swollen, cracked or heat-damaged casing — stop using the pack at once

Compatibility

Fits the Rockcub RCV2 only. Not compatible with the RCV3 or RCV9, which run on mains power. Charge only with the Rockcub charger supplied with the tool. Questions? Contact our U.S. support team.

Smaller items — parts, accessories, strap and film — ship by UPS or FedEx with tracking. Large machines ship by freight on a pallet, and liftgate service is included at no extra charge: the driver lowers the shipment to ground level, so no loading dock or forklift is needed on your end.

Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for a freight delivery. Inspect the shipment for visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Rockcub machines carry a 1-year warranty, handled by our U.S. team rather than an overseas queue.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as described, we arrange a free return and a full refund — no return shipping, no restocking fee. Other returns need the item unused and in its original packaging; return shipping and a 15% restocking fee apply.
