Rockcub 48" x 84" Dunnage Air Bags

Rockcub dunnage air bags fill the gaps between loads so pallets, crates and drums are less likely to shift or lean in transit. Each bag is 48" x 84" flat and is sized for gaps up to about 18 in between loads in trucks and shipping containers.

Pack sizes: 1, 5, 10, 50 or 500 bags. The 500-bag option is one pallet (48 x 40 x 50 in, approx. 1,050 lb) and ships by LTL freight to the lower 48 states.

Where to use them:

• Pallets: between pallet rows, to reduce leaning and shifting.
• Crates and machinery: between a crate and the trailer or container wall.
• Drums and barrels: in the gaps left by round loads.
• Damp conditions: the woven PP outer bag is water-resistant for humid or cold-chain loads.

Choosing the Right Fit

Each bag flat-packs at 48" x 84" to fill gaps of up to about 18 in between pallets, crates or drums. Use the spring valve to control the fill level, and do not inflate past 2.9 PSI.

Smaller items — parts, accessories, strap and film — ship by UPS or FedEx with tracking. Large machines ship by freight on a pallet, and liftgate service is included at no extra charge: the driver lowers the shipment to ground level, so no loading dock or forklift is needed on your end.

Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for a freight delivery. Inspect the shipment for visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as described, we arrange a free return and a full refund — no return shipping, no restocking fee. Other returns need the item unused and in its original packaging; return shipping and a 15% restocking fee apply.
