  • HIGH-SPEED OPERATION — Completes a strapping cycle in as little as 2.5 seconds, delivering up to approximately 24 cycles per minute.
  • FOUR WAYS TO STRAP — Start a cycle from the control panel, use the included foot pedal, activate automatic operation through the black contact-activated tabletop ball switch, or select continuous mode for repeated cycles at preset intervals.
  • LARGE INNER ARCH — The 31.5" W × 23.6" H inner arch accommodates a wide range of cartons, bundles, printed materials and corrugated packages.
  • ADJUSTABLE STRAP TENSION — Set the tension from 11 to 110 lbs to suit packages with different sizes and firmness levels.
  • COMMON PP STRAP COMPATIBILITY — Works with 3/8"-5/8" wide and 0.022"-0.039" thick PP strap. Supported widths can be used without changing machine parts.
  • STANDARD 110V POWER — Runs from an ordinary single-phase 110V outlet at 400W. No dedicated circuit, transformer or electrician needed to get it running.
  • U.S.-BASED SUPPORT — Local technical assistance, timely troubleshooting responses and local spare-parts support help reduce the risks associated with purchasing commercial packaging equipment.

Buying for a Production Line? Get a Quote

Which Model Fits You

Model Type Strap Material Strap Width Tension Range Best For
RCV2 Handheld electric PET / PP 1/4"–5/8" (7–16mm) 100–1,011 lbs (450–4,500N) Mobile use around the warehouse, mixed carton & pallet work
RCV3 Semi-automatic tabletop PP 1/4"–5/8" (6–16mm) 11–110 lbs Repetitive carton sealing at a fixed station
RCV9 (this machine) Automatic arch PP 3/8"–5/8" (10–16mm) 11–110 lbs High-volume lines, up to 24 cycles/min

Choose the RCV9 if you're strapping in volume on a fixed production or shipping line — its arch design and four activation modes (including a foot pedal and automatic ball switch) are built for speed and repetition, not portability. For mobile or lower-volume use, see the RCV2 or RCV3. The RCV9 ships by freight with liftgate delivery included, so no dock or forklift is needed.

Smaller items — parts, accessories, strap and film — ship by UPS or FedEx with tracking. Large machines ship by freight on a pallet, and liftgate service is included at no extra charge: the driver lowers the shipment to ground level, so no loading dock or forklift is needed on your end.

Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for a freight delivery. Inspect the shipment for visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international addresses are quoted separately — email support@rockcub.com before ordering.

Rockcub machines carry a 1-year warranty, handled by our U.S. team rather than an overseas queue.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as described, we arrange a free return and a full refund — no return shipping, no restocking fee. Other returns need the item unused and in its original packaging; return shipping and a 15% restocking fee apply.

Email support@rockcub.com with your order number to start either.
