The main control board inside the RCV2. It takes the signal from the tension button and weld handle and drives the tensioning and welding motors, so when it fails the tool is dead even with a full battery. Each board ships pre-wired with its motor leads and connector, QC tested and serial-numbered.

Replace it when you see

  • No response from the tool with a known-good, fully charged battery
  • The display lights up but neither motor runs
  • A motor that runs continuously or will not stop at the set tension
  • A burnt smell from the housing

Fits the Rockcub RCV2 only. This is an internal repair; if you would rather not open the tool yourself, contact our U.S. support team about a repair at our Whittier, California workshop.

Smaller items — parts, accessories, strap and film — ship by UPS or FedEx with tracking. Large machines ship by freight on a pallet, and liftgate service is included at no extra charge: the driver lowers the shipment to ground level, so no loading dock or forklift is needed on your end.

Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for a freight delivery. Inspect the shipment for visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Rockcub machines carry a 1-year warranty, handled by our U.S. team rather than an overseas queue.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as described, we arrange a free return and a full refund — no return shipping, no restocking fee. Other returns need the item unused and in its original packaging; return shipping and a 15% restocking fee apply.
