The hardened steel blade that cuts the strap at the end of every RCV2 cycle. It is a wear part: after a few thousand straps the serrated edge dulls, and a dull blade is one of the most common causes of ragged cuts and poor welds. Two blades per pack — one to fit now, one for the shelf.

Replace it when you see

  • Frayed or ragged strap ends instead of a clean cut
  • The tool needing a second pull of the handle to cut through
  • Strap fibres left behind in the sealing area
  • Weld quality dropping even though tension and weld time have not changed

A worn blade is covered in our RCV2 troubleshooting guide; replacing it takes a few minutes with the screwdriver supplied with the tool.

Smaller items — parts, accessories, strap and film — ship by UPS or FedEx with tracking. Large machines ship by freight on a pallet, and liftgate service is included at no extra charge: the driver lowers the shipment to ground level, so no loading dock or forklift is needed on your end.

Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for a freight delivery. Inspect the shipment for visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Rockcub machines carry a 1-year warranty, handled by our U.S. team rather than an overseas queue.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as described, we arrange a free return and a full refund — no return shipping, no restocking fee. Other returns need the item unused and in its original packaging; return shipping and a 15% restocking fee apply.
