The knurled drive wheel that pulls the strap through the RCV2 to build tension. It carries more load than any other part in the tool, and the knurling polishes smooth over time; a smooth wheel slips on the strap and the tool can no longer reach its set tension. Two wheels per pack — one to fit now, one for the shelf.

Replace it when you see

  • The wheel spinning without pulling the strap, or strap slipping back during tensioning
  • Tension that no longer reaches the set level, or varies from strap to strap
  • Shiny, flattened or chipped knurling on the wheel face
  • Strap surface scuffed or shredded where the wheel runs instead of cleanly gripped

Strap slipping is covered in our RCV2 troubleshooting guide; changing the wheel takes a few minutes with basic hand tools and needs no adjustment afterwards.

Compatibility

Fits the Rockcub RCV2 only. Works together with the strap gripper plate BE1006015; the two wear together, so check the plate when you change the wheel. Not sure this is the part you need? Contact our U.S. support team with a photo of the worn part and we will confirm before you order.

Smaller items — parts, accessories, strap and film — ship by UPS or FedEx with tracking. Large machines ship by freight on a pallet, and liftgate service is included at no extra charge: the driver lowers the shipment to ground level, so no loading dock or forklift is needed on your end.

Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for a freight delivery. Inspect the shipment for visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Rockcub machines carry a 1-year warranty, handled by our U.S. team rather than an overseas queue.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as described, we arrange a free return and a full refund — no return shipping, no restocking fee. Other returns need the item unused and in its original packaging; return shipping and a 15% restocking fee apply.
